RENTAL AUTHORISATION AGREEMENT WITH FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

A part of Paris will commercialise your apartment on our website and on websites of selected partners and we will find rentals for your apartment. We will arrange the arrivals, the departures and the cleaning of your apartment. In case of any problem, we will contact you immediately.  Your apartment need to be fully refurbished and fully equipped. All linen is provided by A part of Paris for weekly rentals.

An exclusive rental authorisation agreement will be signed between A part of Paris and the owner.

All linen is provided by the owner

A non-exclusive rental authorisation agreement will be signed between A part of Paris and the owner.
