The appartment is ideally located in the very centre of Paris, just a few steps from the Bourse in the financial district, the Opéra, Place Vendome and its well-known jewellers. On the Grand Boulevards (named Italiens, Montmartre, Poissonniere and Bonne Nouvelle…) there are many restaurants, cafes, cinemas and theatres. Antique shops surround the famous salon Drouot. Within 10 minutes walk the main department stores Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps offer the top of fashion. At the south end of rue du Sentier is situated the famous rue Montorgueil with all sort of food shops for gourmets, restaurants, cafes… and down to Saint-Eustache and the gardens of Forum des Halles under which lies a huge underground shopping center.
